Formal Presidential Handover

Yesterday, Bernd Langheim met with David Oyns and Colin Wring, who were accompanied by their spouses, Margaret and Jenny, to formally hand over the President and Vice President chains.  Bernd now has a short time to deal with family matters before taking up the role of Assistant Governor in Rotary District 1100.
