It was inspirational to see and hear from Suzanne Porter, Head of HR & Chair of CSR Committee at Viper Innovations, one of Portishead's leading businesses which has recently received a King's Award for Enterprise. Her enthusiasm for Viper's championing of volunteering, together with the wider aspects of the CSR strategy, have resulted in Viper further developing and strengthening its culture as a company.

A fantastic testament to the benefits of such an approach in terms of attracting and retaining staff and serving the communities in which the company operates - the very essence of being a good corporate citizen!
